Purpose

The Zoning Board of Adjustment consists of seven members and four alternate members who are responsible for determining whether relief in the form of a variance can be granted. 

Zoning

Mapped zones separate land uses and identifies areas for permitted uses. The Zoning Board reviews site plans and subdivision applications and determines whether relief in the form of a variance may be granted. Zoning Ordinances may be viewed online.
