There will be two 1-bedroom units ranging from $678-$760 and one 2-bedroom unit for $1,108. Units are expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2020. In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines.
Interested households will be required to submit a pre-application in order to place your name on a waiting list.
INCOME LIMITS, 2019
Applications will be accepted until Friday, December 20, 2019 at 5pm to be included in the lottery drawing that will take place on Monday, December 30, 2019.
Applications submitted after this date will be added to the bottom of the list once the lottery is held.
Triad Associates has been designated by the Borough of Pompton Lakes to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist tenants through the application process. Units will be deed restricted to ensure continued affordability. Applicants will be required to pass the landlord’s credit and background screening to qualify for these properties. When you are next on the list and a unit is available you will be contacted to begin the process.
